告别野迪 · 圾车夜巡
This event marked the farewell party of 902DullManClub, a project born during the pandemic and concluded in celebration through a collective gathering. Emerging from our past experiences with Raving Guerrilla, where accessible public spaces for free movement and dance were exceedingly scarce—and often prematurely terminated by forced eviction—we sought, in this final act, to reclaim both space and autonomy through a gesture of mobile resistance.
For the last rave, we transformed a garbage truck into a nomadic dancefloor equipped with DJ decks, speakers, a portable power supply, and lighting. This hybrid soundsystem became a vehicle for dérive across the city of Shenzhen, temporarily converting its urban fabric into a shared dancefloor, remapping the urban landscape, and rendering the body as an event. It was a moment where lived experience and bodily rhythms intervene in, disrupt, and reconfigure the spatial order of urban life.
